I read that Davy Graham was disappointed that Paul Simon didn´t record, note for note, HIS version of Anji.Bert Jansch did a totally different arrangement of it too.Yet, I think Simon´s is the best of the three. In fact his live versions of Anji, In my opinion, are still better than the others. What does the forum think is the best version?(Bearing in mind....ALL three are in their own way great!)

I also think the live versions have a strenght and passion that´s really interesting, Paul really has a fluid and clean and more "delicate" aproach to the fingerstyle acoustic guitar, He is truly a great guitar player, and in all his versions of Anji he is way more precise and cleaner in his "cascade" style for the tune, than on any that Bert Jansch has recorded, Paul´s with no doubt a master on his instrument!
