I am thinking of going to see this as there seems to be tickets left.

Has anyone else bought tickets from outside Italy and if so did you go for the second optionw which seems to be like ´Will Call´?

Il Ritiro è possibile solo il giorno dell´evento all´apertura delle casse, normalmente da 1 ora prima dello spettacolo e sino all´inizio dello stesso, semplicemente presentando il proprio documento personale e/o la carta di credito utilizzata per l´acquisto on-line unitamente alla email di conferma dell´ordine che le verrà  inviata da TicketOne.

Something do do with picking up the tickets from teh venue with a credit card up to an hour before the concert?

Am I right?

Matthew, I´m going to Milan too. You have to print the mail you received from Ticketone because you need it to get the tickets. You need the credit card you used to pay the tickets. About the other things you say you´re right, you got to go to the box office 1 hour before the concert at least and show them the email you printed and your credit card (take your passport or ID too, but I don´t think you´ll need them..)
And yes, the option I chose was Will Call, so don´t worry.

Thanks for the confirmation. I think I am going to be brave and book. July 29th is my birthday so I already have the day off work. Flights and hotels investigated and my wife wants to go to Milan this year.

What´s more 33 euros is a bargain - I paid £55 for the UK tickets!

Yeah, I don´t know why the tickets are sooo cheap. Any other show would cost among 40 and 60â?¬ and in milan the most expensive ticket is 44â?¬. That surprised me too hehe!

Hi Metthew, since a few times You can`t see the Buy Button, but You can see in the corner at the right
"blue white blue" (not on the left side)the first blue button is "Empty Basket" and the right one is "Buy"
I hope it works and sorry for my bad english

These are my tickets for me and my girlfriend, I think they count two by two, so 34 is next to 36. I have no idea about the location, I couldn´t found anywhere a map of the seats to see where the hell I am at the arena hehe! I hope to be near the scene, but I don´t know. If anybody knows please tell me! Thank you!

Map

The Arena Civica is located in the Castello Sforzesco area to provide a home for festivities and events like the Repubblica Cisalpina and the new Regno d`Italia. Designed by architect Luigi Canonica in 1805 it`s sited at the north-eastern end of the Parco Sempione. Built with materials from the castle ruins and modelled on Roman amphitheatres, the Arena has an elliptic floor with four main entrances: to the south-east stands the Triumphal Arch, opposite this is the Porta delle Carceri flanked by two towers. On the north eastern side is the Porta Libitinaria and on the southwest the Loggia Reale.
