| The mail does get to him at the Broadway address.I got an autographed CD for Nikki by explaining that he had indicated from the stage that he would sign it (during a concert), but we couldn´t find him afterward. When it came back it had a note from his assistant saying Paul very rarely signs CDs so she was lucky. I think he doesn´t want someone to profit by buy selling them on eBay (as if you would!), but some people do. I also enclosed a stamped mailing envelope, and asked the assistant to mail the CD back if Paul didn´t sign it. A friend did that for me, also. She sent a Capeman poster, and said I had been a fan since the "60´s" and asked if he would sign it for my 65th birthday. She enclosed the the stamped mailing cardboard to protect the poster and it was stamped to make it as little problem as possible. |

through the mail a long time ago.
That was a few years ago, one I got
a letter saying I could get an auto
photo by sending in $10. Another said
join the fan club and we sell photos
but no autographs. I mean even if I
got one back, did someone else sign
it or did they have them pre printed. |

| Nikki´s CD and my "Capeman" poster were definitely signed by Paul. They were not stamped...you can tell the difference. They were signed to each of us: "For Nikki" and "For Nancy". I think the letter I sent asking for Nikki, and the letter my friend sent asking for me made the difference. It just seems that most requests don´t get answered. |

| I´m still going with the lucky theory. I did find some happy fans
on youtube who went to a Sen. Dodd
meeting, never could find that video
again. I was just thinking too that
artists who were successful mainly
in the 60´s, probably don´t get much
mail from fans. Unless of course they
are still out there performing.
And I don´t think that´s many. |
