Terrance Simien´s upcoming August release ´Across the Parish Line´ (AIM Records) will be a collection of both originals that reflect his deep Louisiana roots and diverse covers that become his own with unique vocals and musical interpretations. The CD features guest artists Paul Simon, Marcia Ball, Garth Hudson and the late Rick Danko. And for the first time Simien records the song that he co-wrote with Dennis Quaid for the smash hit movie, ´The Big Easy.´
