 | I agree...no faith here. I actually prefer paul´s solo works, I think their really something, to say nothing. |

 | The concert could only be viewed in the USA "payed by view", I believe on the pc.
Here is some information about the concert, thanks to Royd who posted it on AG´s site.
Paul has performed "Just A Dream," an Old Jimmy Clanton song, with Allen Toussaint and also sang the old Frankie Ford song "Sea Cruise" with Jimmy Buffett.
S&G played three songs:
Mrs. Robinson
Homeward Bound
Bridge Over Troubled Water
The arrangements were very similar to the 2003-2004 tour versions. Aaron Neville sang the second verse of Bridge, reminiscent of his duet with Paul at Jazzfest in 2001; Paul joined Art on the first part of the third verse, with Art finishing up. Aaron Neville in the background on the third verse also.
The band was very similar to the 2003-2004 tour band, but with a different rhythm section.
Rob Schwimmer-synth
Warren Bernhardt-piano
Bakithi Kumalo-bass
Larry Saltzman-guitar
Mark Stewart-guitar
Jamie Haddad-percussion
Paul Simon-guitar
Steve Gadd-drums

 | Steve Gadd!
On the new album too?
The player which is linked to Simon most, Richard Tee would be too if still alive, I`m sure. |

 | BTW: Does anyone know a good picture with Paul and Steve Gadd - only them?
I was asked if I have one, but can´t remember.
Steve Gadd has his own website now http://www.drstevegadd.com
(yes, I find it stupid too to have the titel ´Dr.´ in your web-url...) |

 | Great site of Steve Gadd, very up to date, hmm, on the news section it says, watch Paul Simon´s performance with Steve Gadd but the link leads you to NPR where you can only listen to the song ´That Was Your Mother´.
Also nice is the picture in the family section with Paul and Richard Tee :) |

 | Hi Ans - I like the site too, speically the colors.
But I don´t like it to scroll down everywhere.
The site is up to date, but only because it is new (and not even launched official) at the moment, hope it will be updated in the future too :-) |

 | The following is a totally irrelevant posting:
I´ve just seen the pictures from the "Big Apple" benefit. Paul looks much better than in the interview with Dr. Redliner where he was still in a state of shock and he somehow appeared to be wider/fatter than he is.
Both - Paul and Art- are wearing their hats again ;-)
PS. I want to say sorry to all Art Garfunkel fans who don´t know that Art is balder than Paul and has a wig. Paul abandoned his wig a few years ago. |

 | Just had a look at the pictures, too. Art looks like he´s just had yet another "J" and Paul looks very...yellow...which looks strange ;-) |

 | Does Artie own different wigs ? The one he was wearing at the big-easy-concert looks like pubic hair :o)
(Not insulting Artie :o)... I am just pretty sure he had "more hair" on the last tour...)
Thanks for the pics, can´t wait to see the video of the performance though... |

 | I think Paul looks yellow because of his Tee and baseball cap...Too much yellow it seems lol. And he does look better than he did in the interview.
