So now I´m confused. Is there any nudity in OTP (which would be very nice!) or just drug taking (which would be very boring)?

It is as it was in those days of movies. There is drug (well, the more healthy sort) taking, but I`m sure, the drugs are not real drugs, just like most of the blood in movies is not real. So no problem to watch it.

And there is nudity and a good looking Paul Simon, but only to a certain degree, the rest is imagination. His hair is partly not real and his height is no problem for 90 minutes.

But imagination is sweeter than reality, that`s the main reason we hear Paul Simons music.

Well. you can see breasts (of woman and men LOL)

If all drugs are not real, then Steve Gadd is one of the best actors of the century ;-) At least he looks very stoned during the whole movie.

My short nice story with ebay (now I hate this company)

I bought a small analoge camera from a private seller in Germany for 28 Euros.
I knew that it was really small, only around 300g of weight, so the postage would be 6,40 Euros.
The seller wanted 10 Euros, he said thats the price (now I should have stopped everything...but I was too stupid)

He gave me his IBAN and BIC numbers so I could pay the money via a European Bank Transaction.

For 2 weeks I didn´t hear anything
I asked, but didn´t get any answer.

1 week later I got a strange payment on my account - 18 Euros. I asked at the bank, and they said that the German bank refused the transaction, the account doesn´t exist. I should ask the seller if the account information is right.
Anyway, the German bank has taken 20 Euros from my payment (38 Euros) because the number was wrong.

I asked the seller.
He did not answer.

I asked again and again. No answers. After my 3th email he answered and said I´m going on his nerves. He will try to cancel the transaction on ebay (to get back his money)

I was really very angry about that guy, I gave him a negative feedback. I wrote he is unfriendly and unable to give me the right account info. it costs me 20 Euros. Beware!

Well, then he wrote he is going to sue me, because I said wrong things about him.
I thought he was really an idiot.
He also said that this negative feedback on ebay will be erased in a few day´s. I laughted about that, because ebay say´s that negative feedback never will be erased.

Well, after 2 weeks ebay erased the negative feedback on the sellers account.

Very funny. So you see that this feedback thing is a big lie. All you have to do is write an email to ebay, and they will erase the feedback.

Hmmm...thats crazy. My transactions went fairly well. And they can erase the negative feedback??? That kind of defeats the point.

I´ve never had any problems with Ebay and always have to deal with very nice and serious people. Now, 0 risk does not exist unfortunately ! But erasing the negative feedbacks is really unfair and unprofessional !

I have one really negative experience as buyer.

The seller forced me to pay, although I already had. Then I gave him payment details, but did not get anything.

His method was getting many positive replies by selling penny-articles and cheating from time to time with higher amounts, getting paid two times and delivering nothing. The only luck I had is having paid one time...

In the negative feedback I mentioned the real name of the seller, and got a warning from ebay for that, which is principally ok.

But the negative reply stayed, and I got a lot of requests for it by other interested people and could warn them.

But it was one bad experience out of a few hundred ok`s, I feel as safe with ebay as with other internet-transactions.

Must add, that I like ebay mainly because of the chance to find and sell things, searched by some people and not needed by others. Throwing away is not necessary for many things now.

In Germany we have the stupid law, that new books can only be sold at a certain price. So, if the book is sold out, it was very difficult to get it, when the book company did not print it again.

Also it was of course risky to print too many.

Now sellers can sell it cheaper. They declare it as "used", otherwise ebay refuses to take the order, and put the word "new" into the description.

What is criminal at ebay, that many professional sellers don`t pay taxes on turnover and income.

But this is not only a problem at ebay!

This is what made me really angry yesterday - that they have deleted the negative feedback.

My feedback was the truth, and it was not rassistic or had f-words in it, neither it had any personal data included - so it was not against the ebay rules (anyway, they write they can only erase the TEXT, but not the NEGATIVE point when the feedback is against the rules)

I know that sometimes you find a crazy person on ebay, to me this happened now after 4 years, so normaly ebay is very good. But when they erase feedback it doesn´t make any sense...
