 | Why is always the girls who want to know the sizes of men? By the way everyone, just listening to a song called Into White, by Cat Stevens. Now that is one strange song......can anyone tell me if there is such a thing as a red legged chicken. Why do all the talented artists seem to write such strange lyrics!? I mean, what are they smoking to come out with this stuff. And why the catchy tunes to go with them!! Bloody annoying. There I am, singing at the top of my voice about red legged chickens. What must the neighbours think!???? | | | Turkey Aug-12-2004, 14:10 GMT

 | OHHHHH, i Love Cat Stevens. Redlegged chickens work for me. ok, maybe they have had an indirect impact on me, but without paul, those songs wouldnt exist either. | | | Brandy Aug-12-2004, 14:36 GMT

 | That´s right, Marieno, you did. Thank you!
I agree with all the people who said that the women in Paul´s life have indirectly given us great songs by inspiring Paul.
Turkey, I find it so funny (and cute!) how much you Love Paul. Did you say you were 16? If so, that´s a year older than me, and I find it so charming that even as a young teenaged fan, you can obsess over Paul and how sexy you think he is . . . how unusual for a young fan! Of course, I tend to obsess over him myself . . . :) | | | Turkey Aug-12-2004, 14:44 GMT

 | Finding it strange? How could I, being as I tend to always agree with your affectionate ramblings about him! He truly is wonderful! Have you ever seen him live? | | | David Aug-12-2004, 19:48 GMT

 | Not being funny ladies.....but Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Keanu Reeves, Russel Crowe.......these are all people that generally cause the girls knees to go trembly. Even that congenital idiot Beckham raises a few pulses. But, much as I Love his music....Paul? Paul Simon? I mean, like, really? Are you guys serious? Would you still think him sexy if he was as talentless, musicaly as.....well as me for example. Because I struggle to make the girls look twice now, at the age of 33. God knows what chances I´ll have in 30 years time!! When I am fatter, balder, and have one or two plastic tubes extra. Not wishing to be seen as an envious type, or jealous or anything, but I sincerely hope this hero-worship is based on great songwriting ability. I mean, Liz Taylor used to be gorgeous and was a great actress, and has sexy eyes, but you can´t go to bed with a memory and I certainly wouldn´t want to see her naked now. I don´t get it. Maybe I´m not meant to. | | | Marieno Aug-12-2004, 20:48 GMT

 | David, everybody knows that generally, women prefer the men older than them, more mature, (aahh, the going grey temples!!!) and men prefer the fresh flesh...at 33 (like you), i´m already too Old for the 60 year old men... | | | Micky Aug-13-2004, 00:08 GMT

 | Not really, I have a friend who is 17 this year and she adores him too. I have another friend who is a couple of years older than me and she thinks he´s yummy, although we don´t fall into the teens catagorie...lol sadly.
Hugs

 | Oh, I´m not saying I have fantasies regarding Paul (unlike you and your dreams of Carrie Fisher, David! Hee hee!), I just find him to be very much my type, that´s all. Boy-next-door kind of attractiveness, quiet charm, and a lot of class. I like it. So I´ve always liked his looks.
Yes, his music is what matters most to me. Especially his lyrics, they´re amazing sometimes! But I still find him adorable. He looks very cuddley and if I met him, my first impulse would be to hug him. I´m not infatuated or anything, I just think he IS cute in his way!
And I must admit, though I´ve never loved anyone even NEAR the age of 74 (Turkey!) , I am attracted to older men immensely. In fact, it is my greatest wish that I marry someone at least 15-20 years older than me. I´ve always felt that way.
Brad Pitt? No way! What a pretty boy, all hype, and I can´t STAND pretty boy men. They may be "attractive" in the eyes of the media and the majority of the female population, but I´m more into the unique-looking type. The average type.
And poor David, I´m sure you are quite sexy, so don´t worry! Hee hee . . . | | | Nathgertsch Aug-13-2004, 15:04 GMT

 | It depends MarieNo : I think women prefer "Old" men as long as they are young enough (thinking of their dad as Mr Freud would say :-)) .Getting old (like me ;-) ), the image of the father tends to be "killed" and it´s much more reassuring too to know you still can please a young man :-) | | | Nathgertsch Aug-13-2004, 15:09 GMT

 | Too pretty boys often become "boring" : men with much charm are much more interesting in my opinion | | | David Aug-13-2004, 15:55 GMT
