 | Hello everyone,
I wanted to introduce myself here. My name is CJ, a 72?year?old musician from Sweden.
I was fortunate enough to attend Simon & Garfunkel’s legendary Central Park concert in 1981 – an unforgettable memory that has stayed with me ever since. That night left a deep mark on me, and it has continued to inspire my love for their music.
Recently I stumbled upon a clip from that concert on YouTube – Late in the Evening. Watching it brought all the emotions back, and I felt inspired to pay tribute in my own way. Using Ableton, I recorded and arranged the song myself – singing and playing all the instruments as a one?man?band project.
This is my personal homage to Simon & Garfunkel and to that magical night in Central Park.
