| Art Garfunkel has canceld his concerts.
A message on Facebook, stated Garfunkel’s management has decided not to return to touring for the foreseeable future and has canceled all upcoming dates. He was suposed to do some shows in april and may.

| This message was on the Grand Wausau Theatre FB Page yesterday.
"It is with great disappointment that we announce that the Art Garfunkel show scheduled for Thursday, April 20th has been cancelled. We were informed this morning by Mr. Garfunkel’s management that he has decided not to return to touring for the foreseeable future and has canceled all upcoming dates.
Ticketholders can contact The Grand's Ticket Office at 715-842-0988 to discuss their options.
The Official AG site (not fB )has wiped the 4 datesfrom their web page. These were all rescheduled dates a number of times. |

| We all knew it would not end in a professional way with AG...
Just compare Pauls concert in Queens to that slowly fade out with subsequent cancellations. Not professional, did for sure cost many people a lot of money.

| A sad ending to his musical career. I think that the last time Art sang in public was at Clive Davis 90 th Birthday in April 2022 when he sang a little of BOTW (Clive's favourite song ). He declined to do the whole song . "I left my voice uptown " he joked . He was photographed last year leaning on a walking cane in his apartment for a German magazine Would have been better to have finished then maybe instead of leaving fans disappointed again .

| Yeah, it is sad.
I would have liked to see him live once.
But nature decided otherwise.
There have been some strange stuff going on in the last 10 years or so. Didn't he walked away from a show he had to give in Scandinavia, talking a plane back to NYC, without telling anyone?!!
By the way, is his book worth reading? |

| Art was on stage two weeks ago with his son. He seems to have some problems standing and walging. But he is also 81 years old. The voice is okay for someone of that age...

| I got the audio version from the library- read by Art himself- interesting but weird. One sentence sticks out about 1986 he mentions it was a bad year, his mother dies, girlfriend commits suicide & Paul Simon releases Graceland - ie Paul Simon success as big a tragedy as those other events!! |
