here is everything in my hand :-) but I try to be free and let everyone their opinion and way of expressing it...however at the time I think Tomi could use a little bit more friendly words.... I guess that he could cool down a little bit, but before people will leave this because of him I´ll try to make it the other way round.

Sorry all if my post started up all these negative discusion; but i don´t understand why some of you are agressive, it´s a forum where we can share ideas and opinions, if you want to be agressive and insulting, so go to AMPS. I understand why some of us are happy about the S&G, i don´t blame them, i don´t joke about them, so please let me express my opinon (it was not for the 100 times!!!). I am a Paul Simon´s fan, it´s a PS´s fans forum, but i think i´m allowed to criticize a song or a decision, even if it comes from Paul; otherwise, it´s not a fan forum but a church, Nobody would criticize God!
So please,let´s have nice and gentle discussions!

Everyone´s got his own likes, but... you can´t say that we are ignorant about good music, just because you like Paul better that Paul&Art or than Art! Anyway, what´s wrong with sweet music??? The problem with you all, Paul solo´s fans, is that you are ipercritical about all others musicians, particularly about S&G and Artie!
Try to reason, once in your lifetime!!

I don´t want to explain my points for the 10th time now, read my statemenst exactly and you will understand.

There´s lots of Paul solo fans who like S&G too. But IMHO the music Of PS solo is very far removed from the Old S&G stuff. So obviously some people are going to hate the old stuff. There´s no reason why they should like both as it is very different.It´s not being hypercritical at all.( I like both but much prefer PS )

Well, I agree with you Julie, I like the Old stuff too, I recently listened too S&G Parsley Sage Rosemary and Thyme. I really loved it. They sing perfect together on this CD, but you can hear how Paul loves too make various music, each song sounds different and I Love the bonus tracks too.
So I simply love all his stuff.

But I think also Art has a great voice, however it is not so powerfull anymore these days.
I read on art´s site that the touring ins´t final, so I´m curious if it comes.
