Ok, my assumption no is: The new album is NOT a full album. He re-recorded just 6 songs, and you can download them when you buy the book.

| My assumption of this being live tracks was of course based on the circumstance that Simon hardly would give away 6 new studio recordings like this (unless they will be official released afterwards).
So my guess is still live tracks + maybe remixes of old tracks. They could also be taken from the coming album of his own covers (a 6 track EP I can't see the point in) or leftovers from these recording sessions).

| Ooops! Suddenly this book is a "must have" object! I can't see that these recordings will be released elsewhere?!
And great to finally have a version of "Song for the Asking" without the audience ruining the beginning. |

a) selection of re-recorded older songs
b) selection of old alternative takes
(or it is a 2-disc set?)
I think you do not have to buy the tourbook for those 6 alternative takes, cause it says: selection from the forthcomming album... except you need to have them NOW and not in September....
