 | Folk singer, released only one album, "Jackson C. Frank", in 1965 without success. It was produced by Paul Simon in the UK and will be released in February or March 2014 with the title: "Fixin` to die". One track "Blues run the game" was sung by S&G too.
His sad story is described in Wikipedia very detailed, mentioning Paul several times. He tried to meet Paul in NY in 1993 without knowing his address or trying to contact him before.
