Hard Rock International and Live Nation have today confirmed that Hugh Masekela will join Paul Simon on stage at London’s Hard Rock Calling on Sunday 15 July to perform the groundbreaking ‘Graceland’ in its entirety, a UK first since 1987.

Thats really exciting news, this puts together all living legends from the Graceland tour 1987/1989 now.

Hugh Masekela is also touring this summer, at least 3 concerts are confirmed (one on July 21 in London), so this might be the only show on which Hugh Masekela joins Paul on stage.

Remeber these old news, something that never happened:

Is it true that this concert starts at 12:00 noon? What a strange time, little bit early. What are you going to do with the rest of the day then? ;-)

The gates open at 12 noon - there are other bands, like Alison Krauss & Union Station, as well as Jerry Douglas. No doubt we'll all be trying to keep our places near to the stage, but if we want to move around, there are bands on other stages.

I can't be sure, but I thought I'd heard or read somewhere that Paul will be on about 8pm. I could be wrong!

Probably around that time. He is headlining the show so he will be the last act on. I guess the show will go for at least two hours, maybe more. Should be a great night! Not long to go now!
