 | My favourite lyrics so far:
Big Bang
That`s a joke that I made up
Once when I had eons to kill
It`s a brand new pre-owned `96 Ford
If every human on the planet and all the buildings on it should disappear would a zebra grazing in the African Savannah care enough to shed one zebra tear?
Bop-bop-a-whoa
There ain`t no song like an Old song,
Ain`t it strange the way we`re ignorant
How we seek out bad advice
There are galaxies yet to be born
It`s just for working on my rewrite
Gonna turn it into cash
I consider it my day job
Cause it`s really not a pay job
Lord, is it Be Bop a Lula? Or ooh Papa Doo?
If I could tell my Mom and Dad that the things we never had
Never mattered we were always okay

 | Yes, I agree with all of them especially the zebra tear, and the big bang theory. |

 | well you know I Love all of my children and it tears me up when I leave, which, assuming it is G-d being sarcastic, is an amazingly tough minded and cynical line especially for a guy approaching 70 or whatever, not looking for much comfort from g-d there.
I don“t hear it as him making fun of the big bang theory, I hear him as saying the entire big bang, the entire history of the universe was nothing but a joke that G-d made up "once when I had eons to kill." That is not exactly assigning us great importance. |
