 | Yes, Cork is standing in front of the stage. If you are a purist and like to hear every word of every song then may not be for you as the audience will take over the singing of The Boxer...There will also be drinking involved! As for the weather - sunglasses and rainjacket ;-). It´s impossible to predict. June is summer but we have not had proper summers in many years |

 | Due to my experiences the weather in Ireland is better than it´s reputation and it won´t be dying hot. That´s for sure. |

 | Montreux will likely be July 14. It won´t be the 16th (final day of Montreux Jazz festival) because he would then have to do 3 shows in a row, which is unlikely. So I´d say Montreux Jazz Festival on July 14. |

 | Hi Bodo,
you can add to the list, but not change. The Paris concert will be on 6 July and not 7 July.

 | Can´t believe the Paris date may be changing. I have seen Paul Simon 4 times - in Glasgow, Cork, Manchester with Garfunkel and Edinburgh Castle.
I held off buying Glasgow tickets when I saw Paris was going to be on the 7th as will be there from 7th-13th. In London 1st July to 4th July and then Luxembourg from 4th to 7th. Please be the 7th and not the 6th in Paris. |

 | I think that is the complete list. There are no real gaps now.
No surprises, but we should he happy he is touring.
I think Paul somehow leans on the save way (too much?). I mean, he is only doing concerts in the same cities now since 2000 (11 years).
But he might come back in 2012/13 for a longer Europe tour.
It is interesting that he is doing 2 concerts in Switzerland, but none in the north, none in the southwest...and none even close to eastern Europe.
Also for people in Vienna all the shows are really far away.
All in all I believe that booking Paul Simon is not a good business for a concert company nowadays. He is only filling small venues, and wants around 350.000 USD or more?

 | Was wondering if you have any more insight into why he may come back in 2012/13 for a longer Europe tour |

 | Paul Simon´s management sends out the info that he is planning a tour and then all the concert organizers can start negotiating. It seems that in Switzerland Claude Nobs from the Montreux Jazz Festival is very interested in Paul Simon and "Good News" as well. So I´m sure, if more organizers were interested Paul would also play other countries or more dates for ex. in Germany etc. |

 | "2006 small tour (UK only)

Funny! I really thought I saw Paul Simon in the Point Depot in Dublin Ireland 18th October 2006 - I must have been dreaming - pity though cos there was a beautiful rendition of "Wartime Prayers".
Are any of the places listed this year (for July) in locations near the Alps? where exactly is Montreaux?
