Listen to Ace In The Hole on the live at the tower DVD up load with good speakers - then see if you like it - Richard Tee is brilliant in it.

Cars Are Cars has great lyrics! I Surprise no car company has tried to use it for advertising!

While I agree with the sentiments of Pigs Sheep and Wolves (anti death penalty)- the poor ol´ pig gets bad press, the most intelligent of farm animals yet despised by many of the world religions and devoured by everyone else!

I was listening to Paul McCartney´s Chaos in the Backyard on the way to work this morning -- I find I appreciate it a lot more if I just enjoy it for what it is and not compare it with his earlier work -- same with Paul Simon. None of us who were around 40 years ago look or sound the same -- we´re just different people.

Pauls singin is outstanding on Pig sheep and wolves. He is brilliant. Just try to sing it that way...I think not many can do that.

I have to agree with Pelle. I doubt this guy has actually heard the whole album. Mainly because he only discussed one song. If he had really heard it, you´d think he´d mention more that just "GRFCD." Just from those preview tracks I can tell this is not a "flat" album. If he has heard it, I have no idea why he wrote a review like this.

I don´t get Hakan´s comments on Surprise. Sure we all have our top simon albums and ´not so top´ - but Surprise started strong, ended sweetly and was sheer poetry in between.
Quibble with the ´sonic´ sound - but I think his song writing was never better.
