Ans

Yes I was thinking this - even better if he can maybe get some guests in for some Capeman songs for these two concerts like in 2009.

disaster here! I was on a half hour before the saletime and couldn´t get any tickets. I hate these AE deals,I´d pay double for up front seats since I have all of last years money back, these places are just too small a venue. I will not sit in the back, it´s not even worth the drive.

I got tickets to Nashville show this a.m. -- they are in back noticed they had pre-sale to Am Exp customers yesterday but I don´t have one.

This whole tour is crazy, letting in
American Express cardholders and every
stop is a rather small venue. Here goes the second year in a row down the
drain. I just don´t think it´s worth it
to sit in the middle or the back. Last
year we had I think all 2nd and 3rd row
seats which is the only reason we got
so many.

cher-all i can say is that 1 1/2 years ago I went out and got a free AE gold card strictly for this concert stuff-first year was free, this year I had to shell out a membership fee, think $125? But I was hoping for S&G tour and wanted to be ready.
What I learned with James Taylor was-went in presale at 10:05 approx and was SHUT OUT! Actually called also and no good. Very upset. Lady says to try on normal ticket sale day. I do, and get frustrated as I need to set up AE account etc and actually run out of time, amateur that I was! So that afternoon, around 3 pm, I said, why not. Went into ticketmaster and ended up with FANTASTIC SEATS. Have also heard from others to wait until concert day and see what has been released. And, my limited trys of ticket buying, but when I heard that Art was going to be at the Beacon with Paul (was it 1 or 2 years ago now?) I went on ebay and lucked out. Some nice lady at the ticket at cost for auction and a large buy it now price. But only 1 ticket and I ended up getting it at cost!!! Of course, this is only good if you do not need to make travel arrangements. But call me jaded, after S&G cancelled twice, I will not make non-refundable reservations-heck Paul is almost 70, anything can happen.

sorry for posting so much-but out of curiousity I went to foxwood site and only tickets available are regular tickets but the one that popped up was actually row m, a better location than the row V that I had brought at AE presale!

BEACON THEATER is now listed with Paul Simon, tickets to go on sale Mar 18. No mention right now of presale except to MSG insider which is people who donate and belong to a group that supports Beacon, Madison Sq garden etc-so they get a lot of seat choices and also are quite well to do.

a good day. massey tkts. row M. just a row behind the $125 seats. I was there in 01 - NOT a bad seat. it is a very intimate venue.

This will be a very special album - and tour.

Barb, you are certainly lucky. I don´t
have that many people I would pay a big
price for though I lost out a few years
ago when they had a never to be repeated event that I would have loved.
I´ve already went to concerts in the middle section and was totally upset that I could hardly see anything and
vowed never to do that again. The
conventions I have went to I had no
trouble getting 4th row or better. In
a way it´s like you said, Paul isn´t
getting any younger. I wouldn´t trust
what they have on E-Bay. To think there was a day when I just moved to
Indianapolis and saw everyone walking
to the arena and Elvis was there, his
last concert, my favorite singer at the time, and I buy a $15 ticket from
a stranger and it´s one of the best in the house but no one wanted just one ticket.
