 | It´s nice to see that some people still live by good morals Bodo. Kudos to you for not selling out to companies only interested in scamming fans.
It´s a sad day when concerts are "sold out" but only half the people are able to get tickets. |

 | My son in Vegas just got an LA Pantages tkt (AMEX presale).. I took him to his first concert at age of 5 (BART ´91). This will be the first time we won´t be together at a concert. :(
Very glad he´s going. |

 | North Sea Jazz 2008 in Holland where Paul performed sold out. In Germany the sales for Cologne went bad, they moved from a big outdoor space to a smaller indoor venue for about 1500 people. But Stuttgart was full and fantastic.

 | Wow - I did not follow the 2008 tour as I was on a long trip, so could not remember that some dates sold so bad.
1500 people is really a small concert for PS.
It might be that they compensate it this time with higher ticket prices, for the people who really want to go. A few years ago it was reported that PS costs 300.000 USD per show, I wonder if he still can get that much...
As I remember the Europe tour in 2002 was much better, Munich was not sold out but I think 8000 people came, Berlin had about 12.000, Hamburg was really small but 3000-4000 filled the place (but I think they had no better outdoor option then, because the concert was planned for a castle nearby first), in Rome 60.000 came for a free show.
So Paul has lost a lot of audience in the last years..? |

 | Hi Bodo, Cologne 2008 was a lot more expensive for ticket buyers, regular price about 75 instead of 55 or so, and he played Mainz, Belgium, Stuttgart cheaper and not far away. Also it was on Monday. |

 | It was very very difficult to get Beacon NY tickets this year. So if his popularity has decreased- it isn´t locally |

 | he had been in Dublin 2 yrs earlier on the initial part of the Surprise tour where he had only a few concerts on this side of the atlantic. he then had a larger tour in 2008. so there is time yet! |

 | BIC Website states 27th June which is a Monday night so there is time between Cork and this show and then 10 days until Paris on 7th July so lots of potential for shows to be booked in these gaps. |
