 | Found out that Legacy Recordings has a forum where they will consider releasing rarities and live albums should they get enough votes by people. I came across this on a Bob Dylan forum and thought if we got some ideas together we would have a pretty strong presence.

They have a list of projects that have been completed due to a strong presence by fans as well as accepted projects that are under way. Of course it´s up to the artists themselves but this would at least show that the demand is there.
Any Paul Simon or Simon and Garfunkel demos/live concerts that we know were recorded but would like to see?

 | I see you are young and motivated.
What I know: Paul does not have a big community on the internet to bring thousands of people to vote for anything. From the facebook project (110.000 friends for a new song) you see that those things are not working good :-)
What we want - the CP 1991 video - does his office know that? I am pretty sure. Will it come? Someday...
Another thing I would like to have - the complete 2006 BBC1 show on DVD/BR
It is now 10 years since the last PS live album...unbelievable. |

 | Totally agree with your picks Bodo.
Other than those, I would also add the TV concert fom UK dating back to 1975, not sure if it was BBC or not. There are clips of it on UTube. |

 | I´d like MTV Unplugged and VH1 Storytellers released as a 2DVD set.
Also the Montreux shows - they could have 2002 and 2008 as 2 disc sets too.
If there is a good recording it´d be great to hear a 1993 show or a PaulBob show or the 2009 Beacon show. |

 | I´d like to hear the Simon and Garfunkel renditions of the Hearts And Bones album professionally mixed and mastered. |

 | 1. Central Park on DVD
2. Full release of the Live Rhymin´
concert. If they have video of a full concert from that tour, release that on DVD.
- I don´t think they would do one of the Beacon shows because it wasn´t Paul singing lead the entire time.
I don´t think it would be worthwhile to do a DVD from the Surprise tour because most of the songs on that tour - Boy in the Bubble, Graceland, Diamonds, That Was Your Mother, Boxer, Me and Julio, Still Crazy etc have been released already.
If he plays many new songs and many rarities on the ´11 tour, it would be worthwile to do a DVD release then. |

 | A DVD of a complete Live Rhymin´ set would definitely be interesting for the variety of instruments/styles of music heard.
I would really like to hear a soundboard recording of one of the 1993 shows for the same reason, plus covered both and Simon and Garfunkel and Paul solo.
We still have this year to see what´s released by Paul, but as that site has shown, some projects take a couple of years to gain momentum. |

 | I am pretty sure the 1001 DVD is coming out this spring. When I asked Paul about it in August, he seemed surprised it wasn´t out yet. He said he thought it already was. |

 | I started to say that I didn´t think any of the ´73-´74 tour shows were videotaped but there was a live promo video of the Sounds Of Silence from that tour, so maybe a whole show was filmed after all. The only video I know of from that time is the Dick Cavett show and that Sounds Of Silence video. Someone told me that Paul videotaped at least some of the 1984 shows. I´d Love to see that since there was no officially released audio or video from that tour. |

 | I would hate to see an S&G version of the Hearts And Bones album - that would nearly be as bad as Eve Cassidy doing "Songs From The Capeman" |

 | Have to agree. Never could understand Paul ever agreeing to it at the time especially as he had been working on it for a while before the reunion concert. Just too personal an album. |

 | Agreed, as much as I Love the duo´s harmonies, that was just one of those albums that couldn´t have worked. I´m perfectly happy with the demos of "Song About The Moon" and "Train In The Distance." Maybe a S&G single would have been a better idea such as "Song About The Moon" or "Cars Are Cars" but the final product was good enough for me. Could you imagine if "Still Crazy After All These Years" had turned into a duo album because of "My Little Town"? Neither can I. |

 | Releasing H&B again would be great.
But not with AG on it. As Paul always said, this album has been recorded and produced in a way that he really does not like it. But it has a big portion of the best songs he ever wrote. So going into the studio today, with this band, and recording the complete album again - that would not cost too much time and money I guess. But that will never happen. |
