 | Can anyone tell me what is/was St Judy´s Comet? Google simply tells me it´s a PS song, which of course I know! Was it an actual comet? It is also referenced in (this is really, really sad) a Cliff Richard Lyric (ouch!) from the 70´s too... He sing´s "I Love St Judy´s Comet...".
Does anyone know? i was born in 1977 so have no memories :-)

 | I´m sure I´ve read that St. Judy was the surname of one the band members who helped on the There Goes Rhymin Simon album. Others might know more. |

 | No real St. Judy´s Comet.
The title comes from the drummer for Clifton Chenier, Robert St. Judy.
Chenier in turn is name checked on the Graceland track "That Was Your Mother" , where as the founding figure of Cajun music, he is dubbed "King of the Bayou". |
