I guess sales do not count a lot in Pauls life at this time.
The times of mass-hypes are over - and I believe Michael Jacksons album Bad will stay on the top as the best selling album of all times forever. |

 | I will buy it to add to my collection of Paul´s albums. I Like reading the liner notes etc. There is also a dvd with it Cher which we have only seen snippets of so far.
I believe at this stage of his life he is more interested in sharing his Love of his music with as many people as possible than in the money side of it. Though I am sure he would be very happy for the album to do well!

| You´ve gotta remember, to the general public, only two songs have been released. I doubt that alot of people keep as close a watch on Paul Simon´s work as we do... And those that do are probably big enough fans to buy his album whether they can hear the whole thing free or not. |

| hm, I remember I bought YTO also as a high definition audio dvd (including a DTS remix)
I think those kind of Audio DVD´s are death now...thats sad. I would have wished that Surprise came out in that format - and of course - the new album too.
But instead, we are happy with online streams in different qualities... |
