 | If it comes to the most contentious relationship in rock history, then on place number one there are
Keith Reichards and Mick Jagger. Only the 2nd place goes to Simon and Garfunkel.
Followed by Aerosmith, The Who, The Kinks, The Beatles, Pink Floyd and the Everly Brothers.
Thats a pretty strange list, I have never heard that the Stones did not speak to each other for 10 years, or someone erased Keiths Guitars from the next album.
On the other side Paul never smashed the Guitar on stage and left the concert to quit the band (like the Everly brothers did)
So all in all the Jagger-Richards relationship was more a public-relations thing - keep up with your image as a rock star.
I would say S&G rank much higher on that list than the Stones, but their fights where a little bit boring and behind the scene.
