Thanks so much Paul, fantastic to finally hear some news and even better to be harbouring hopes for an album in the Fall (well, Spring for us :))
Also great to hear about Sean Lennon and his girlfriend´s new CD, I loved Friendly Fire (though wasn´t such a fan of his first cd) - will be very curious for a listen when it comes out.

Hey folks!! My name´s Gary Stewart and i´m a singer/songwriter-I think there is a fairly previous thread about me on this forum,concerning my album(thanks Ans,for starting the thread : ) just wanted to say that I played a Festival in the UK that Harper was playing last month-he was really really nice and I had the chance,along with my friend Ellen and her band(the Escapades)to sing with him!! We did a little impromptu gig in the bar of the festival and Harper came and joined us in a version of "The Weight" and "I shall Be Released". There are some pictures here;

Afterwards,we chatted for a good time-Ellen even asked if he would come and support them at their E.P launch in november ; ) To which he said he´d Love to(we´re not so sure his agent would be so happy mind you...). Later on he got us all to go and see The Blockheads who were headling the Festival and he was so laid-back,dancing to The Blockheads,taking photos and just having a really good time...lovely,lovely guy and hope to see him again soon...

Hi Gary, it´s so great to read your report about your wonderful experiences with Harper at the UK festival. The photos are so great! Everybody looks like they are having a really fun time. I would Love to hear recordings of those performances with Harper at some point. All the best with the new EP. My brother lives in Bournemouth, UK, so maybe someday I will be able to come over and see you perform. Thanks very much for the posting! :)

Great pictures Gary. I´m glad you had such a lovely time with Harper at the festival. I also Love your video´s on Youtube, the Sandal Castle Sessions. Your album launch is coming soon now (sept. 16th) I wish you good luck with it and hope you get more radio play, just listened to the replay on BBC iPlayer West Yorkshire Raw Talent. Alan Raw is very impressed by your singing and playing :) I play your album almost every day and also my husband loves your music. His favourite song is Liar Liar. I have several, Maggie Oh, In The Pines and Tripping Holes, but they are all very good :)

Also,my album is officially released today!! You can now get it on itunes,amazon etc : )
