| Well he´s said several times over the years that Kodak drove him crazy with their insistence that the registered trademark icon be printed whenever Paul used the word Kodachrome on any of his products. No guess why he didn´t want to be involved in this tribute. |

Well, I also do not like it if people take pictures of me - as many do.
And this story about ´the last Kodachrome roll´ is so pathetic - I am sure that still ton´s of those film rolls exists, and people will use them for years (I know the have a expiration date..but that wont be the problem)
If it would be really the last roll, yeah, then it might be something special. But we live in a time where we create fake events every day - and they do not thrill me at all.

sitting there since I got a digital, I
have no idea what is on there, but
only 5 photos were taken. so there
are plenty of last rolls out there. |

| no doubt - lots of rolls around. this was a kodak publicity blast of what was done with the last roll to be produced. they gave it to a professional and challenged him to use it wisely. |

 | Interesting project to use the last roll off the production line. Perhaps Paul was not available or perhaps he got irritated by the constant use of the line ´Mama don´t take my Kodachrome away´ in all the news headlines.
Just like Fifty Ways to [insert activity] or Still [insert adjective] after all these years. |
