Is there any info on whether the original tickets are valid for the later concerts?

Also I am unlikely to be able to attend in July unless I can move the flight times - will I be able to get my money back?

did you buy through ticketmaster? Their general information says postponed tickets (not a package deal) can be returned. And it appears that all tickets are transferable to the new date.
Supposedly ticketmaster is to send an email to those affected by postponements (yeah) but if I were you I would send them an email. If you purchased from another site contact that site for general and specific info.

you can also go through your credit card-so far for the montreal show-since it was not through ticketmaster-I sent an email to the place and also had AE send a dispute through them for the ticket price.

I was on the phone with ticketmaster for teh Vancouver concert. We won´t go in July (we could but enough is enough), they´ll refund everything within 48 hours. We had gold package tickets (550 dollars per person), but they refund the entire thing.

Just a hint... why not selling the tickets instead of returning them? It´s not your fault...

I am not worried about the flight because we´ll probably go anyway. If we don´t go we can use our travel insurance to get the money back for hotel and flight.

No, what I meant was that I cannot go in July so would like a refund not new tickets.

I don´t think I want to sell them on because they have not sold out and due to Art´s voice, I doubt anyone will want to take the risk of buying what is supposed to be a non-transferable ticket.

I called the Montreal Bell Centre and they assured me that the original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled dates. Apparently, Art had bronchitis earlier this year and was suffering from a cold during the New Orleans Jazz Festival, so I´m just hoping this delay ensures the absolute best performance out of Paul and Art.

StubHub will honor my tickets for the July concert, but won´t refund any money if I can´t go. The first tickets I bought were through Ticket Master so can get a refund, but I will sell them for face value if anyone wants.

Wow - they do not refunde the money at stubhub?
Is this a serious company or a scam..I wonder. Customer rights must be very low in Canada.

Ticketmaster have not emailed me yet so I looked on their website at their refund policy. It says this:

"Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any cancelled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. If you purchase a ticket through Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster.ca or Ticketmaster´s Order By Phone, and a refund is issued, then Ticketmaster will most likely give you a refund by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket, and the holder of the ticket will not be able to physically present it for a refund. If a ticket is purchased through a Ticketmaster Retail Outlet and a refund is to be issued, then you may only be able to receive the refund by presenting the ticket yourself to the Retail Outlet where it was purchased. If you purchased your tickets at a Retail Outlet, please allow five business days from the date your event was cancelled before returning to the location to obtain a refund.

Ticketmaster typically only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on the promoter´s, team´s or venue´s instructions. Ticketmaster is not obligated to issue a refund except to the extent that the promoter, team or venue responsible for bringing you the event (1) instructs us to issue a refund, and (2) provides us with the ticket funds necessary to issue refunds. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoter´s, team´s or venue´s instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at the promoter´s, team´s or venue´s discretion.

If Ticketmaster issues a refund, it will issue a refund of the ticket´s face value paid (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), the facility fee and the convenience fee. If the event was scheduled to occur in Canada, then the order processing fee will also be refunded (but not for events that were scheduled to occur in the United States). In no event will delivery prices or any other fees or amounts be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund. Ticketmaster will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.

If an event is cancelled, please Contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions.

Please make sure to include/provide your account number so we can expedite your refund if applicable."

You can see it all here: http://www.ticketmaster.ca/h/cancelled.html
