When you say several video clips. What and where are they on Youtube? I have only ever seen one clip of Sound Of Silence from the Live Rhymin´ tour.

The ´Love me like a rock´ clip is from 74 and can be found on ´Rock Icons´ DVD along with American Tune & Bridge Over Troubled Water. The Japanese clips are from BBC´s ´Simply Simon´ broadcast in 1975. |

Bevore making a DVD from youtube clips, better contact the person who uploaded them and get the ORIGINAL footage.
I just want to preserve you from making a cheap low quality DVD... |

I understand that due to various copyright issues and quality of clips on youtube its not a good idea to make a dvd of the clips.
I was hoping like the album Live Rhymin that a dvd could be made of any recordings as shourly these clips exist as for example VH1 has showen Sounds Of Silence witth The Jesse Dixon Singers on TV.
I wounder if an official dvd could be produced. Just a though whilst enjoying A Hazy Shade Of Winter in England.

| That would indeed be a nice idea.
My guess and hope is (and there is nothing negative in that now) - that after Pauls death there will be someone (maybe his Brother) who has the time and is enthusiastic enough to release these gems for the fans. I guess at the moment all these people around Paul are too busy to even think about it - and let´s hope they go one this way for the next 20 years.
The question is just: Is there someone who is either nostalgic enough to do that - or (in cases like Michael Jackson or even ´Falco´) is there someone who is clever enough to make a lot of money out of that, and wants to release these things.
In a career of let´s say around 65-75 years, there must be a lot of interesting material. |

| I hope no one understands that the wrong way. I just think: Paul is not the guy who is living in the past. If the labels do not put pressure on him, I guess he would never release a best of album. And I also guess, we will never get a biography by the man himself. What a great book that would be - he can tell such good stories. |
