Of course you can do that if you want to spend time
Find out what internet provider they are using
If its somewhere in Asia, Southamerica or Russia...forget it.
If not. Write a email to them about the illegal content.
Try to sound as official as possible (so the might think you are the rightholder).
A WHOIS search might help to find out who is running the page - technical contact...
If you write to Warner or Universal I guess nothing will happen very fast.
But anyway...I don´t care. I am not swedish ;-)
