Bob Dylan and Eric Clapton recently put pen to paper, or in the day and age used a computer, to produce their own autobioraphies. therefore is it not time we hope Paul Simon would write his amazing life story.
It would be a fantastic read and more accurate than all the other biographies of Paul Simon and or Simon and Garfunkel.
What do you guys think? Over to you!!

 | Would be great to hear him discuss the music. I Love to hear him talk about music theory and composition. As for his life, there is nothing very salacious to sell lots of books. No drug addictions, no huge relationship drama (except maybe Carrie Fisher, but who really cares), no notorious sexual exploits, no horrible childhood to overcome, etc. I would read it, but would lots of other people? Paul is like your neighbor the tax lawyer except is a genius composer...and maybe that´s kept him from being John Lennon. Too bad if that´s true. It´s only the music that matters. |

| Nicely put, Proof. People get hooked on the drama, when it should be about the music... although - he could probably write one just about him and garfunkel and it would be a best seller - theres a lot of drama there!!! lol - jk |

| Ha. True. I have to amend the relationship drama to include Garfunkel. That said, I can´t see Mr. Simon wallowing in that conflict in a autobiography. I think he could give an overview of the problems that keep surfacing in a page or two, and then that would probably be it. They have probably been having the same two or three arguments over and over again for 50 years. |
