 | Does anyone know if there´s a tab for this song floating around somewhere on the internet. I´ve got most of the chords worked out, but I´m missing three or so.

 | Wow Jeroen,I´ve been meaning to begin working that piece out,but have not started yet. I´ve also beef looking for tabs but have not found anything. I might work on it today. Is it,from what you have worked out so far,in standard tuning or is it tuned down? |

 | I bet if you posted what you had others could help fill in the blanks. The B&N video might also be very useful. I´d Love to be able to play this! |

 | It´s in standard tuning. You can base your playing on the clip on Barnes and Nobles quite easily, but you cannot play along because he tuned down his guitar half a step, meaning all the strings. I believe he even names the chords explaining how he used one note as a tonal axis. Fun song to play so far. I appreciate your help. |

 | Hey Jeroen
Do you have the Tab ready too? If yes maybe you could post it in the chords/tabs section on this site.
Thanks |

 | Madi,
I don´t know how to do that because I don´t read music and tabs etc. I can put in on youtube and explain the chords. I´ve just bought a digital camera.
It´s not that hard to play but very difficult to compose (it moves though more than 4 keys). Thumbs up to Paul! |

 | Hi Jeroen, well hats off to you successfully working out the guitar part. I spent almost 4 solid hours today on that song alone and have only succeeded in a very sketchy interpretation of the piece. One thing that is inhibiting me,working from the Barnes and Noble recording,is I believe Paul´s guitar is tuned down a complete tone, and not the half we originally thought. In standard tuning, the intro for example, sounds to start in a variation of B flat, but taking into consideration the detuned strings, one would have to start at C on the eighth fret. It then, after a few more chords, moves with little effort from the key of C,to chords in A flat-A flat,C minor,D flat and then later to the Key of A for the bluesy ´...Wouldn´t have it any other way...´ bit. Is this similar to what you have worked out? Now it´s time to work out the correct inversions and picking Patterns. HELP! |

 | To bad that the only thing i can help with is to say that his guitar IS tuned down a whole tone.

 | Yeah, thanks Madi,I thought so. I have actually just spent another hour on the song, and things are coming together finally. As Jeroen said,it´s not that the individual chords are complex,or even the progsessions, but it´s the way Paul smoothly runs through different keys that gives the song it´s complexity. That´s obviously the reason some fans have taken an instant dislike to the song-it is not an easily digestable piece. Speaking for myself,I Love it,and in the process of working out the songs structure,my fondness for it has grown even more. Once I´m positive I´ve got the chords correctly identified,I´ll post them here. I won´t do a tab though,as it just takes me too long. |

I hope I did it some justice. I pointed a lamp at my left hand. Please don´t judge the singing. It´s for didactic purposes only. |
