 | Although this site is home for me I also appreciate the other Paul Simon sites. It´s great to see how much Paul Simon is appreciated by fans who make the efforts to make a wonderful fansite of Paul Simon, their and mine music hero :) |

 | Good point Ans !
Richard probably spent countless hours gathering that stuff. I do thank him !
Does this mean that everybody else (Dreamer of Music, Sounds of Simon, Paul Simon web, and the very good blog written by a young and charming Canadian named Marc-Olivier), should disappear ?
And after all, they all play a part in replacing a decent official web site, which Simon has failed to provide. |

 | Eh - ladies and gentelmen
I think you missunderstand the fine humour of Klausi.
In the posting of Richard it looks like as if he wanted to say: "Look, I have my own paul-simon.xx website now, so - bye - I will leave you...and maybey you follow me" (but he will not leave, his site exists since many years and has a new look and domain now!)
Thats why Klausi replied with the wonderful new Kodachrome lyrics. And there was nothing against other websites in that posting. And he said not that any other site should disappear. Where can you read that? |

 | I understood the humor of Klausi, that´s why I reacted with a smile, I just didn´t want the other fansites to feel offended...
Sorry Klausi, I didn´t mean to offend you. |

 | I had seen the link with Kodachrome. And that was...humor ?
But I do respect Klausi´s opinion. |

 | Lol ok let´s just say all this highlights that despite all the wonders of the internet, nothing can ever replace the nuances of face to face communication ! |

 | Sorry for the confusion. It was meant humorous and as a compliment for Bodo`s site.
Therefore I used the word "here" three times.
Of course everybody can do what he wants. For real products like cars or textiles it is clear that there are many sites. Ebay, Wikipedia or google have a certain winning position which is an advantage for users I think.
With Fansites it is something between. I don`t visit them all, because 95 percent is everywhere. |

 | Well Nikki you are very right with the face to face aspect. And when I look at your photo, I even more agree!
So Kodachrome can be very nice, but in my case it is already enough a shock to look at my age. |
