| I think in that time you just had no other chance than to learn writting with your right hand - the teachers told you so.
And for guitar playing: Well all guitars are mainly build and stringed for right-handed people, so when you start learning most of the time you first have a right handed guitar.
If I remember right also Mark Knopfler is left-handed and plays the guitar with his right hand, but he has developed a special style with this "handicap"
I am left handed too. I write and eat with my left hand, but play guitar and all sports with my right hand. In fact, I even think it is easier to play the guitar this way, with your left hand on the fretboard (or the other way round, with your right(first) hand on the fretboard). |

| When you play guitar left-handed, like I do, you can never play anyone else´s guitar. And it is difficult to even find true left-handed guitars, my first few were re-strung. So it is no Surprise that PS would have learned to play right-handed. |
