 | This sounds serious. Masekela wouldn´t give an interview, if there was nothing behind it I suppose. |

 | Sounds excellent - I hope they will come to Europe too (and Australia, of course :) ... with Hugh instead of Garfunkel ;) |

 | Maybe Paul should take Artie with him on this tour.... and keep him behind the curtain until it comes to the encores. That would be nice. First a great show with Hugh and then a little boxer or SOS to end the evening :o) |

 | Art behind the curtain, I don´t think he would appreciate that...;-)
I don´t think Art should get involved in this tour, LBM should be in, and there are many others who would fit in better. How about Jesse Dixon with Jolanda Adams doing a few songs including Gone at Last... |

 | So...in short, instead of S&G nostalgia tour, we want a Graceland nostalgia tour. LOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

 | Sure, why not, we had enough S&G nostalgia tours and Graceland is so much better...:)
Okay, time for another poll...;-) |

 | Yes Artie behind the curton would not be good...I think much of their strife came from that series in ´93 when Artie only did half the show.
My guess is if it´s a benifit tour, Artie will be there because Paul knows that Simon and Garfunkel would draw much more attention than Paul Simon.
And would it be that bad if Artie sang on Under African Skies, The Coast, and Boy in the Bubble? |

 | I was just joking... about Artie behind the curtain.
But Jon is right, it would be interesting to hear Artie on a few Simon solo songs. I mean he did that in 1981 too, and it turned out to be great. Think of "American Tune" or "Slip Slidin´ Away" or even "Kodachrome" and "Late In The Evening". It sounds great, and whoever composed the second harmonies to the existing PS songs did a great job !
Unfortunately, Arties voice doesn´t work so good for 2nd harmonies anymore... His voice is not clear enough, it became to smokey and it just doesn´t match with Pauls voice anymore.

 | Proud to see Paul drawing attention to such a worthy cause,(all the letters people write apparently have no effect) maybe this will help draw the worlds attention. "Graceland" helped did it not? Of course being human, and somewhat selfish when it comes to Paul, I must ask... Does anyone know the tour schedule and will they be coming to Alaska?!? (hate to fly,) Another" Artie Tags-Along-Tour?" I don´t care whos touring w/ him as long as Paul and his music are there. We should all be grateful that he´s chosen to KEEP touring no matter who it´s with |
