| Edie was talking about writing and creating new songs. Paul is in a different place there as her. She is still trying to master a simple song and Paul is beyond that, he is in the experimental zone and no longer interested in writing simple songs. Which is good news because this would mean that he is also not interested in writing new S&G songs...;-)

Edie always explains it more or less that way, when they ask her about working with him. From what I understand she is making up songs rather quick and does not like to work to much on them whereas Paul ... well we all know how long it takes for him to write a song. Working together on a song would be rather complicated for them I guess. I am impressed that she stays so friendly when in every interview she is asked the same questions.
Have you seen the Video on Youtube where Paul plays with the Dodd´s Children. Not very important but I liked it anyway. |

 | Thanks ans. I thought Edie looked a bit aprehensive about the interviewers hands going all over the place. Other wise it was a great video. Nice that she included Paul as one of her influences.

It was nice to follow Paul at the Chris Dodd campaign. I know a lot of people are probably against it that Paul got involved but I´m sure he did it from his own point of view and for the right reasons. |
