 | Does anyone know what instrument is used to make the really cool "scratchy" sound during the sound At The Zoo? It´s clearly heard while "The animals will Love you if you do....if you do now" part. Is is a maraca? Or maracas? Thanks everyone! |

| My best guess is that it is a brush rubbing on the snare drum. There are a lot of things that could make a similar sound, like a cabasa, so it´s hard to say for sure. They were experimenting a lot with sound in the studio in those days-- such as the "flare" percussion sounds in this song, too. |
