I would think -- Usually no album cover plus no track previews equals a bootleg on Amazon.

ok - but thats just assumption. Joey had some info a few weeks ago that this album will be released, so I think it is not a bootleg just because of a missing picture on a pre-order CD.

Actually, I didn´t post about a release, but about a broadcast of the concert from which this CD is drawn. Sadly, I missed the broadcast. Anyhow, it seems that they are releasing some - not all - of the material. Also, this is not a PS release in any way. I doubt it´s a bootleg.

I wouldn´t have thought Amazon would be selling bootlegs myself. As far as I´m aware they only sell legit stuff.

Well - amazon itself does not sell bootlegs AFAIK, but there are other companies selling items via amazon (and it is really hard to see the difference between a product sold and shipped by amazon and a 3th part company)

In that case they are writting the the item is shippend and sold by amazon - so I guess it is not a bootleg.

Remeber the S&G Broadcasting DVD? A really cheap made video(horrible picture quality most of the time)

This is a bootleg. It is very easy to place your own products into this amazon system (and no one there is checking these items - as long as the customers do not write to amazon)

But it does not mean that all these items are illegal or bootlegs:
For example Rosie from Germany is selling her own Paul Simon biography via amazon.
