 | Obviously I dont agree with this and this guy is just an immature jerk with nothing better to do, but its interesting to see/hear someone´s views who is totally anti-paul.

| All, I can say is that I was sorry I actually wasted about 3 minutes of my time on this earth reading that garbage. This guy obviously has SEVERE mental issues.
Don´t bother reading it! You have better things to do with your time, like listening to Paul on your ipod or something! |

I read a few of other reviews, guess it´s the style of the guy (peter Gabriel is seriously dressed too !) - some like it, some don´t ! I laughed ! |

 | I think this guy really likes Paul Simons music, some of his critisms are quite fair but I don´t think the language and personal remarks added to his credibility - mostly it is tongue in cheek I hope as there were quite afew racist remarks |

 | This is my first foray into forum discussions of any description,but that Prindle guy is one tough nut to contemplate,and I feel obligated to defend the worlds GREATEST songwriter from such a moronic attack. I am also more than a little embarrassed to admit that he is an Australian (correct me if I am mistaken).Anyway,he doth protest too much!! He appears to be pretty clued up on music (he may be a musician of some descript?),but his peculiar dislike of jazz chords is a bit of a tell IMO.It is usually people who can´t play polyphonic or extended chords who suddenly decide they don´t like them anyway,he he. Speaking of guitar playing (not that anyone was),does anybody know if Paul uses the natural nails on his right hand or are they acrylic glue-ons?Thanks for letting me rabbit on and hurrah for this WONDERFUL site.Bye now. |

| Hi Ian. I always assumed they were his natural fingernails.
Just wanted to say I`ve been back to that site and some of it is funny, some of it is fair criticism, but he really needs to look at it and edit some of his comments. I`m sure he doesn`t want the world to think he is a racist bigot, and I`m pretty sure he isn`t (at least I hope not).

| Thanks Mr Beerbelly.II too have returned to his site and am still a little confused.He is actually a big S&G fan,yet he calls Pauls solo music ´wimpy´,when I have always considered it to be the other way round,that is if I am pushed into calling any of Paul´s music ´wimpy´,solo or otherwise.Also given his ugly remarks about the albums,he still managed to give a few of them fairly reasonable ratings out of ten.Did You notice at the end of the ´Suprise´ review he actually recomends his readers buy some PS albums?A Most Peculiar Man! |
