I downloaded it by chance looking for Elvis Presley tracks...
It was sorted as a part of bootleg concert from his last tour in 1977; according to the tag there is J.D.Sumner and The Stamps featuring.
Please, listen to it and tell me what it is in real, maybe you know that artists. I actually can´t believe at all Elvis did that song and I never heard about that...
