 | This thing with the ´bonus tracks´ sounds very interesting.
You are only able to watch them when you have a digital receiver which can handle the extra content I guess?
#Do you still have analogue TV in the UK too? In Austria analogue TV will stop next April, then we all need a decoder box for our public TV... And they want to urge you to buy a more expensive decoder box for the extra content and interactive things. My interest on these things was very low, I thought they will only play some stupid games and interactive votings there... but Paul Simon bonus tracks will change everything :-)
Nice setlist, good to see they included The Only Living Boy In New York. The rest is as I expected it. The Wartime Prayer time seems to be over, maybe in London this was the last performance of that song ever. (It doesn´t look like as if they are going to release this one as a single too, although the song got much more attention in the media than for example ´Thats me´)
It still did not appear on DIME. Have to be a little more patient :-) |

 | We have both at the moment, but like you Bodo our government is pushing for us all to change to Digital and the whole country will be digital in the next few years. It depends in what part of the country your in as to when the analogue will be switched off. Here in Yorkshire, I think we´re one of the last and it´s about 2011.
I didn´t get to see the bonus tracks as we´re ahving problems with our digital, which we intend to sort this week. But I didn´t fancy my dad messing with the arial when I had the concert to record...lol |

 | I had father problems too, and we taped a completely different channel:(. hope i can download it tomorrow? We´re still very much earthed TV wise, hope we don´t go digital cos apart the (very) occassional Paul Simon appearance I haven´t needed other channels. And my small exposure of american Tv last summer - I would hate to see it take over. |

 | 2011 sounds okay - our digital TV started 3 weeks ago, and in 4 months they turn off the analogue one. I guess many many households will not be able to watch TV then... (around 45% of all households still had analogue TV last month) |

 | Great set!!I have video recorded both the 50 mins and the bonus songs.DVD of the 50 mins with possibly the bonus tracks.(had that recorded for me so I hope both are done). It would be good to be able to edit and mix the bonus tracks into the tracks into the 50 mins shown to make a complete concert. |

 | That sounds good Bing - can you burn a few DVDs of that? I would be more than willing to send you a few quid for a DVD of the whole concert with bonus tracks to cover your costs plus a bit extra for a beer or whatever...
Could send cheque in UK or use PayPal... |

 | It´s possible Duncan was played James, but we only saw an hour of the programme...I would imagine they had the full concert. |

 | I did watch it this morning, whilst nursing my bumped head...It´s beautiful :-) You play like a child, you get hurt like one too...lol
Any how...I really enjoyed it...took me back, although Paul didn´t seem to enjoy it as much as the mainstreem concerts. There he was laughing, dancing, smilling from ear to ear...He was more solem here...didn´t really dance at all. And spoke VERY little.
I don´t think it helped that everyone was sat at tables...Worse than seats Bodo...you can´t really dance around tables...lol...very boring IMO...
Did anyone notice that in this rather expensive venue how all the drinks were served in platsic or paper cups?....Oh how the other half live...lol |
