 | Doesn´t sound very promising does it. Still haven´t had my tickets, needless to say, and I presume no other Ticketmaster customers have either |

 | I got mine within a week from ticketmaster in Ireland, who BTW are still advertising seat availablity at all the venues in Britain, although Dublin was sold out within weeks. |

 | Just tried the automated helpline and was told my enquiry needed to be ´actioned´ by a customer service representative (of course none were available) - sounds ominous. |

 | Finally got through to a real person on ticketmaster helpline.
Apparently they have only just recieved the tickets - they expect them to be shipped and arriving mid week...

 | Is that for Birmingham? I was told tickets for that show weren´t in yet and to phone on Tuesday. Mixed messages or what? |

 | Then how come Micky got hers? Micky, did you get yours from Ticketmaster?
Some of us may meet in the bar at the NEC - it opens at 6pm. I don´t know how we´d all recognise each other though. |

 | Tickets ordereed are for Birmingham...
Just got an email as well saying that tickets will be with me by midweek...
Have purchased with ticketmaster before and tickets usually arrive AGES before event...
Keeping my fingers (and everything else!) crossed that they arrive in time! |

 | I just got this email from Ticketmaster:-
"I have checked your booking and your tickets have not yet been dispatched. I cannot guarantee when they will be sent but it may not be until nearer to the date of the event. If you have not received your tickets 3 days before the event then please contact us again. Please quote your confirmation number, if known. If you do not know your number we will need to know the name and postcode that the booking was made under."
I guess I have to wait until Wednesday then, before I REALLY really panic!

 | So you might wonder for what you paid a service charge of 5 Pounds, and shipping costs.... |

 | No Sue, I got mine through NEC...That maybe why I got mine so quickly. |

 | Just double checking who I got them from...NEC Group, yep I thought it was the NEC.
I can´t remember when I got them now, I´d have to run back on the postings and that would take ages, but I know I got mine within at least two weeks. |

 | The moral of this little story is - don´t order tickets through Ticketmaster! |
