 | Hello forum members. I´ve returned from a break of sorts and its been good to catch up on all of Paul´s activities through the website.
I wanted to ask what people think of Surprise now given its been a few months since its release.
I for one have played to to death on the iPod and am now convinced that it is quite possibly Paul Simon´s best album. Also, I think the last four songs (Another Galaxy, Once Upon and Time There was an Ocean, Thats Me, and Father And Daughter) are stunning and perhaps the best songs on the album.

 | I agree with you, Sumit. It only gets better the more you listen. I still am not close to being tired of it, My favorites are "Sure don´t Feel Like Love", "I don´t Believe", "Another Galaxy" and "Once Upon a Time there was an Ocean" but there aren´t any that I dislike. |

| yes i´m of entirely the opinion, and nancy your favorites are almost exactly my favorites, except i´d replace ´sure don´t feel like Love´ with ´everything about it is a love song´. sumit i´ve actually caught myself thinking from time to time is this paul´s best album? and i´m not entirely sure whether i´m kind of biased because of the freshness of the sound, in comparison with all the other songs which i´ve heard so many times, but i do think that overall, as an album, i would put it alongside rots as his best. lol i still can´t stand ´That´s Me´ though. |

 | Yes it is an amazing album and I agree about the last 4 tracks being very strong.
Hoping that it hits 1 million copies sold soon. Don´t forget to buy the 3rd single when it comes out next month. |
