 | I booked my tickets for Birmingham NEC throug the Ticketmaster website on the day tickets went on sale in the UK. As yet I still have not received them. When I go to the website it just says they are being printed and have not been dispatched. Does anyone know how close to the event Ticketmaster send out tickets. I´m getting nervous!!! |

 | Don´t worry Simon, you should recieve your tickets approximately two weeks before the show. |

 | Yes i know, but it works like this with the majority of shows at major arenas etc. And it´s not just Ticketmaster, it works the same way with other companies and even the direct venue box-office. Although smaller venues such as the Bournemouth I.C. post tickets a.s.a.p. I supose it´s incase the show changes or is cancelled for any reason. |

 | I think the amount of time between getting your tickets and the show varies. I received my tickets a month and a half before the show, but my family purchased tickets to a concert last year several months in advance and didn´t get them until just before the show. So I´m sure they´ll arrive on time for you. |

 | Ticketmaster are terrible. They charge you over £10 on top of the face value and then send the tickets out about a day before the concert.
When I went to see Art Garfunkel I was on the point to phoning them to complain because they ignored all my e-mails. Luckily they came just as I was getting in the car to go to the concert - well not quite but almost! |

 | I think they do it as an attempt to thwart ticket touts/scalpers.
Not all of the tickets are held back for so long. Some of them arrive 6 mos piror to a performance |
