 | Just a slight warning that if you are going to one of the big arenas that it would be sensible not to book tickets on the first 4 rows as you will only get a view of Paul´s head and won´t be able to see much of the band because of the height of the stage.
I´ve been to many concerts especially at the M.E.N. when you can´t see the drummer because of the angle.
Not to mention the fact you can´t reach Paul to shake his hand :-(
I´m really glad he is coming to Europe but I wish it was in better venues. The M.E.N. is a horrible, aircraft hangar, tin shed. |

 | I saw James Taylor at the MEN in 2002 and the NEC in 2003 and sat in the second and third rows - I could see him well, and shook his hand at the end (at the MEN). But I do agree with you James, the smaller venues would have been much nicer for Paul. I can´t understand why he´s doing all large arenas this time. I´m going to the MEN Manchester and the NEC Birmingham - we saw him at the NEC in 1991 and had seats way up at the back needed binoculars to see him!) This time we´re in the 4th row, floor seats, so should be quite different. |

 | is the problem here due solely to the height of the stage or is paul positioning himself well back from the front of the stage. bob dylan used to position himself well away from the front when he played guitar and now that he is playing piano only, he stands to the back on the left hand side. |

 | I suppose it is mainly so as many fans can get to see him as possible otherwise he´d never be at home with the missus and kids. Nothing as mercenary as making money, not our Paul anyway!!:-) |
