but when you play the G chord, don´t you do something with one of your fingers. like tapping on another string or something?

kory: can you give me the tab of this D chord (is it D7 ?)you play on mrs robinson.

you start the song with E, than A, and than this strange D chord (only one strike) before you go tho G.

I always played it like this : x00212
this is what I know as D7.

But your chord sounds way better, how do you play it ?

The chord I am playing is technically called D7/F# It´s just a D7 chord with an F# in the on the low E string. Here is what it looks like. 200212 It took me about an hour when I learned this song 2 years ago to figure out what Paul was doing, but that is what it is.

Im not doing any tapping on the string. If you are talking about the into, all I basically do is when I play the little melody, I will strum the chord that the melody is in at the moment sometimes. That is all I can think of with regards to "tapping" Thanks guys! Have fun!
