The concert was wonderful. I won´t say to much here. It would just be a repeat of my review but everyone around us was having a great time. The opening group was all right but with no singing and we all wanted to see Paul.

I was disappointed that they didn´t have the gray shit in my size so I had to make do with two others. The lime green and they had the Still Crazy After All These Years one also. They also had a blue one with a baby on the front that said Beautiful.

after hearing the bootleg i can´t wait to see paul in europe this year !!

he did a very good job in rearrange his songs.... i even like boy in the bubble and diamonds now ! (well, i always liked the original versions, but he played so bad at the n-o-jazz fest so i was afraid he "killed" these songs. but the way he played them on the show was just great ! very cool arrangements as well on You´re The One. the end of The Boxer (the guitar-solo) is simply phenomenal, and he played me and julio as well as Graceland in such a groovy mood....god, i can´t wait to see him live and i hope he will release a dvd of this tour !
Duncan was also great.... i don´t know why, but i always get so sentimental while listening to this song... simply wonderful !
no need to say that the new songs (from Surprise) also blew my mind.... i guess i like the live-versions more than the album-versions. but that happens with me a lot when i am listening to "new" Paul Simon songs.... i need some time to get into the songs (on the album) but live.... it just blows me away !
good job paul, you´re the one !!

Kuno you are absolutely right. Paul is such a great live performer. Can´t wait to see him live on stage again. The set list is great, altough I´m a littel bit frustrated about the length of this show. In my opinion the show would need at least 3 to 5 more songs to make it really perfect. I know I have high expectations, but all Paul Simon concerts I attended so far, lasted for two hours or even longer. (1991 he played 2 1/2 hour in Zurich) What a night that was!!!

Nathanael, let´s have a beer together when he plays this year in Basel or Bern !

I also hope that Paul adds a few songs until the european tour starts (Late In The Evening, American Tune or more from the Surprise album would be so nice...)

Yes Kuno, we will have some drinks togheter, that´s for sure! Would be so nice if Paul would play here in a smaller venue. I saw him in Hamburg 2000. That was like a privat concert. just awsome. I don´t care what kind of songs he would add. But in my opinion he should add a few more. In fact he could play 4 hours and we wouldn´t get bored, would we?
