Have you noticed that on the back cover of «Surprise» there is a mistake?
«Everthing» instead of «everything»?

Oh my god...you are right. Incredible that no one has seen that before :-) [I am excused, I still do not have my copy LOL]

I did a search on google now..the word everthing get´s 3 Million hits. Is it a common mistake, or does that word exist?

There is "another mistake" on the CD booklet.....It shows a picture of Simon´s head without a body....jeeeeeeeez, just listen to the music!!
Anyway, these first copies might become rare after the record company realises the misprint and re-issues "corrected" ones. Bit late with getting your copy, Bodo...thought you might have got a pre-issue off ebay!Hail ´66!!!!!!!

Bing, may I ask you what you problem is?
Is it a problem for you that someone posts an error on a CD cover of a new PS cd?
Are we not allowed to talk what we want in your mind? Or would you like to cencor us? What the heck is going on with you, I can not understand that and I can not understand your unfriendly posting in this thread and your posting in another thread where a new fan was welcome. You post things that have absolutely no connection to the thread you are posting in.

If you do not like to talk about Paul Simons hair than I have a simple answer for you: "DO NOT". But you too do it with your postings.
If you do not want to read these things I have another good answer for you: "DO NOT"

The CD still was not released in my country, so why should I buy it somewhere in the USA and pay 15$ for shipping? Warner might know why they release it so late.

And I think the posting about the error was very interesting, as no one realized that before. It looks as if someone has not spend much time in creating that backcover then.

Bodo, you can buy it in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy... ;-) No need for a US copy :-P

I have to check about that "mistake" : I hope mine (bought only 2 days ago, day of its release here in France) has got it too :-)

I know it is available now Mimi. I mad a mistake and ordered mine oncd-wow, then canceled because I thought I could order it on some other internet site and get it earlier. But also on amazon it was not available, someone posted here then on May 24 or so he got his copy from cd-wow, so I ordered again, waited, and did not get any CD, so I canceled again :-) Then CD-wow has send me a coupon to get it cheaper... so now I ordered again. I can wait for the cover, have the tracks as mp3 since end of April.

I am shocked that it is not even in the top 100 in Austria and Germany... Even YTO and the Capeman made it into the top 40 without and advertisement.

But on the other side - I think that Warner USA, Warner Germany...UK, a.s.o. all produce their own CD´s

When I look at some Warner CD´s they always have written :Made in Germany, or made in the Netherlands.

So maybe that error happened only at Warner in Spain / Portugal?

Bodo, you must learn to read my threads properly and see them in the context intended.I forget sometimes the humour doesn´t quite come across to you as it might to most other people.Anyway, have you heard the album yet or not?By the way I like your use of the North of England term "What the heck"...made me laugh!(I know Bobby Goldsboro used it in "Honey"....but...what the heck!)

Bought mine in Switzerland on release-day. It says EVERTHING on the back cover and on the track-listing in the booklet. In the lyrics, it says EVERYTHING. So it has to be a mistake.... funny that these things happen !
