 | I´m having trouble voting in the polls. Whenever I try to vote I get a series of error messages, looking something like this:
Warning: mysql_fetch_object(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/paulsim1/public_html/PHP/vote2.php on line 98
I can see that my vote is not counted. Anybody else having trouble? It´s probably a browser related problem (I´m on a mac using Safari), but it might have an easy fix. Bodo, can you make sence of the above error? Anybody? |

| It was really only a Safari based problem :-) But with a hint from google it was very easy to fix.
(to tell you the truth, it was an error - but all other browsers ignore that error.... IE ignores most of the errors which don´t have any impact)
Please let me know if you see any other errors. I found out that if you use a browser which does not allow cookies then you really have a problem cause the login will never work right. But at the moment I don´t know how to fix that...and cookies aren´t that bad ;-) |
