 | Just some words (Bodo asked me :-))about our fans meeting that has taken place the past 4 days long week-end in the French Alps. We were 18 (adults and children) and we have had a great time walking on the mountains, eating, drinking ;-)and singing Paul´s songs (no, it didn´t rain ;-))
It´s been years now that we have had the habbit to "meet" on the French forum, from every part of France (some are even from Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec and Australia)and it´s been months now that we have had the idea to really meet. It was a great experience and for sure, we´ll did it again !
Those fans meetings are not only opened to French speaking people but to anybody who admires and appreciates Paul´s art (but not only), who doesn´t take him(her)self too seriously ;-) and who likes to meet new and very nice people :-).
As soon as she has time, Marmotte will create a site about this meeting where you´ll then be able to see tons of pics (well, only the ones we can show ;-)).

 | Great idea, this fan meeting, it would be great if some day we could have a fan meeting for all the fans who want to join.

| during this meeting we had the idea to make a worldwide meeting with everybody, in a big house... maybe Paul would let us Montauk where we should have enough rooms for everybody... and, well, if he could give a hand for the plane tickets too ? we also imagined all coming with our tents, he would surely enjoy it ! lol... poor Paul !
I promess I´ll make this site, just have to wait about 2 weeks, have too much work now. anyway, to make a conclusion to this week-end : Paul Simon fans are really all nice persons !
