 | I have these sad news from AMPS,
Pauline Williams, a big Paul Simon fan, died last Thursday night, after an extremely short illness.
She was one of the first Simon fans (1967) and also one of the first who made her entry in the fan-database, where there will always be a place to remember her.

 | It is very sad and very strange that this can touch me so much.
I never met Pauline but she was always a part of Paul Simon Online for me and it´s nice that the fan database can provide an obituary.

| That was nice of you to put this on the forum Bodo - I´d forgotten that Pauline had put an entry in the fan base. She´d not posted much in a long time, only because she was involved in so many things she probably didn´t have time! But I know she always read the messages on here and also on amps. We´re finding it hard to believe she´s not around any more. |
