 | Amazon.UK site keeps (5th of june) but I´ve received a mail that the CD has been delayed without any date. And,on Amazon.com, there is no more date, only "not yet released". |

(and again a price reduction...amazon really changes the price every day. How does that work with the pre-orders, do you pay the lowest price in that time period then, or the price when you ordered the item, or the price when it will finally be dispatched? Would be interesting to know that) |

So, with the cover more.. and you´re right price changes every day. It was the same when I pre-order on amazon.co.uk : 2 pounds more (so, at the opposite way...) between saturday and the next tuesday,I pre-order.

| I made a new search again throug nMusic/new release/rock/ and I find it again with the date of 9 of may and the possibility ot pre-order it. There was nothing soon this morning. The same info as you : Strange !. Have a look :

| today i got a new letter from warner switzerland - it says may 5 may be the release date.... funny how that changes
how many dates did we have now including the march 28..may 29, may 12,8,9, april 26 ... |

| In prior times we would have a single as promo-outtake around now. But my feeling is, that all the Old stars don`t bother putting out singles with a then also needed video.
Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder and Neil Young didn`t last year as far as I know.

You made a mistake - although it 100% flopped, ´Old´ was released as a single in 2000 (maybe someday it will become a high priced collector item - the single has Paul as a baby on its cover. Seems he loves to have baby faces on his covers now.
No video for YTO, but Father and daughter got a video. I´m not sure if this song was ever really released as a single, but I have one of these radio-DJ singles from the USA. I think it was not released then, did not get enough radio plays... ? |

 | Bodo, I´m not sure if this is really correct. Wasn´t the "Old" single just a promo, that is, not a comercial release?
Father and Daughter definitily had an official single release. It included the original song, an instrumental version and the video. It´s quite hard to get a hold of though - most items on sale on Ebay for example will be either a dj promo or the single song released as part of the Oscar nomination. |
