 | In June there will be a jazz festival in Rochester, State of New York. Woody Allen will take part and many, many others. It is again to help the victims of the Hurricane in New Orleans.
Would fit perfectly for a small, shy and silent musician from New York.

 | Walking through a well known record store here the other day, in the PAUL SIMON section his new forthcoming album was advertised with an official release date of MAY 29 , though as yet untitled. |

 | Kind of funny, Bodo, the exact same thing happened to me with that album.
It was late 1997 and I had been into S&G for a couple of years and recently also Paul Simons solo work. I don´t think I even had all his solo albums yet at that time so I was probably looking for one of the few I was still missing, and there it was! A solo album I certainly had never heard of! Though my collection wasn´t complete yet at the time, I did have the discography printed in my mind, so I was very surprised. I asked some clueless girl in the store about it, and she actually knew that it was brand new and also, that it was issued without any advertisement at all. Well, I bought it and loved it... |

 | Hm, when it comes to Love Simon`s "sin of impatience" lets him make wrong decisions and sometimes he even is "doggedly determined that he would get" somebody.
With music ten years come and go(-ne) so fast.
Maybe he can`t run but walk much faster than this.
But the worst would be a bad result.
Bad albums count more than good ones, that`s true not only for critics. |

 | I found "Songs From The Capeman" in my library...never heard of it up until then. The swearing threw me off, I was like "holy crap! this is coming from Paul Simon!" I Love it now though... |

 | Thank you Ans.
I feel many people here want the album to be released soon. Seems, it was too long in prison.
Hope, after so long being prisoner, it feels good right from the beginning and it stays that way with good and warm reception from the society. |
